My work as an author

If any of you are writers, you know how exciting yet unnerving it can be to share your work with the world. Nonetheless, my recent trip to Ireland taught me that storytelling and mysticism are as much a part of my blood as being Irish. As I flew away from the Island on that fateful trip, I knew I had much to share with the world. This website is the beginning of that journey.

In 2024, I released my memoir, Seven Days in the Mists. It tells the story of that journey and of the lessons I learned along the way. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the short story I've published here which was inspired by my father. 

I'm currently working on my first fiction novel, a historical romance set in Ireland during the late 1700s. Based on the lives of Sarah Ponsonby and Eleanor Butler, also known as The Ladies of Llangollen, it is a spellbinding tale of a love that defied the norms of society and their determination to live authentically despite the obstacles they encountered.
